Meet Brian, a 12-year-old boy from Guatemala. He is a hard worker who previously enjoyed going to school, where he was a high performing student.
Brian was recently diagnosed with a seizure disorder that severely limits his ability to participate in daily activities. He is confined to his home, unable to attend school and socialize with friends. Brian’s family is frightened, but hopeful that Watsi donors can help him access medical care to restore his health.
For $1,050, Brian can receive a neurology consultation and neurological testing, as well as medication to treat his seizures. Additionally, he will receive long-term follow-up care. This treatment should stop Brian’s seizures and allow him to return to school. Let’s help this dedicated student get back to school!
