Nsungwa is a farmer from Uganda. She is a mother of six children.
For eight years, Nsungwa has had a femoral hernia. If not treated, the hernia may result in intestinal tissue damage. Fortunately, on October 10, she will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.

She says, “After surgery I will resume working in my fields.”
