Nyangoma is a farmer from Uganda. She is married and a mother of two girls and one boy. All her children are still in school. Nyangoma’s husband is a security guard, but he has not been able to work consistently over the past two years to due to high blood pressure.
For two years, Nyangoma has had a right inguinal hernia. The swelling causes her pain and discomfort. Fortunately, on December 20, she will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $249 to fund Nyangoma’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow her to live more comfortably.
“I have no money. My condition needs surgery. I am requesting for help from Watsi organization,” says Nyangoma.
