Jennylyn is 42 years old and lives in the Philippines. She previously worked as a collector for a lending company. However, due to the severity of her health condition, she was forced to leave her job. With her husband, Jennylyn suffered two miscarriages. They have been separated for over three years. She currently resides with her sister and brother-in-law, who support Jennylyn’s daily needs and medical requirements.
Jennylyn’s medical history reveals that she began experiencing persistent lower abdominal pain and abnormal bleeding starting in 2015. This bleeding episode lasted for over three months, prompting her to seek medical attention. Further complications led her to undergo a dilation and curettage procedure last year. Her bleeding and abdominal pain recurred, so she was forced to seek medical attention again, where she was diagnosed with an ovarian growth, abnormal uterine bleeding, and an endometrial polyp.
Jennylyn came to our medical partner’s care center, Our Lady of Peace Hospital, where she is scheduled to undergo a hysterectomy on April 25th. Now, Jennylyn needs your help to raise $1,391 for her procedure and care. This surgery will help her to live a healthy life and be able to be independent once again.
Despite the financial challenges, Jennylyn remains hopeful and shared, “I am deeply grateful for the support extended by donors for my surgery.”
