Paulo is a four-year-old boy from Tanzania. He is the second child born to his parents, who are subsistence farmers.
Paulo’s legs have been progressively bending. His parents were referred by a neighbor to our medical partner’s care center, The Plaster House. On November 23, Paulo underwent corrective surgery. This procedure prevents further pain or bending in his legs.
Paulo’s parents are having a difficult time raising funds to pay for this procedure. They need help to raise $940.
“I look forward to Paulo having straight legs,” says his mother. “Thank you so much for helping him.”
