Sabin is a seven-year-old boy who lives with his parents and siblings in Nepal. He currently studies in first grade. His father is a teacher, and his mother works in the field for a living.
Recently, Sabin fell from the porch of his house and fractured his right hand. He was in pain, and his hand was swollen. Sabin used herbal medicines, but he still had difficulty moving his hand. His parents decided to seek medical treatment. They traveled for six hours to reach our medical partner’s hospital, Bayalpata Hospital.
On November 8, Sabin was fitted with a cast to properly align the fractured bone in his wrist. Once the fracture has completely healed, he will be able to complete his everyday tasks with ease. Our medical partner, Possible, is requesting $195 to fund this procedure.
