Mugarura is a small-scale farmer from Uganda. He is married with three children.
For five years, Mugarura has had a right inguinal hernia. He complains of pain and difficulty moving, and so he can no longer farm as productively. Fortunately, on July 24, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.

Mugarura says, “I hope I can be relieved of this condition so as I may work hard for my family.”
