Grace is a 30-year-old mother of two from Uganda. Although she earned a Bachelor’s degree, Grace has been unable to find a job in her field, and currently works as a small-scale farmer alongside her husband. The income they earn from farming helps them meet their family’s basic needs, but it is often unpredictable and insufficient to cover major expenses.
Grace is currently expecting her third child. Her doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section due to a high-risk pregnancy. This way, doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Grace undergo a C-Section on September 3rd. This procedure will cost $252, and Grace needs your support.
Grace says, “Without your support, luck is not on our side because of limited finances. I kindly appeal to you for support, otherwise I don’t think we will be able to raise the amount of money we need for my surgery by ourselves.”
