Meet John, a 10-year-old from Haiti. A CT scan recently revealed that John is living with hydrocephalus, or “water on the brain,” a dangerous condition in which fluid accumulates in the skull and causes swelling. John’s father says that his son cannot control his body anymore, he cannot sit, and he sometimes experiences, fever, headaches and vomiting.

He loves doing business, but he doesn’t have the means to launch his own, so he is doing only small jobs whenever he finds them. He doesn’t have money to pay for the treatment his son requires.”
For $1260, we can fund surgery to drain fluid from John’s brain and help him live a healthy life.
