Rose is a 15-year-old young woman from Kenya. In 2015, she was brought to New Beginning’s Children’s Center, an orphanage, after being found experiencing homelessness. Rose is both unable to hear and speak.
Rose was evaluated by one of our medical partner’s surgeons, who determined she needed ear drops to improve her condition. She has also been recommended for ear surgery as further treatment.
On August 16, Rose will undergo surgery at our medical partner’s care center, AIC Kijabe Hospital. Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is asking for $591 to cover the cost of her treatment.
After surgery, Rose will be able to improve her schooling!
