Apophia is a 34-year-old woman who owns and runs a small retail shop for her livelihood. She recently got married and her husband is a technician who does solar installations around their village when he can get work to do this. Their family rents two rooms for their shelter and are not able to meet the cost of surgery for her upcoming c-section delivery.
Apophia is currently expecting her second child and her doctors have recommended a c-section so they can better ensure the safety of both Apophia and her new baby.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Apophia undergo a C-Section on April 14th. This procedure will cost $214, and their family needs your support.
Apophia says, “I pray that I may have a successful surgery and have a healthy baby. I will continue to run my family’s retail shop for the well-being and development of my family.”
