Ahaisibwe is a child from Uganda. He is the first born in a family of two children. Ahaisibwe’s parents are small-scale farmers.
For a long time, Ahaisibwe has had a right inguinal hernia. The hernia causes him lower abdominal pain. If not treated, it may result in hernia twisting and blocking. Fortunately, on February 7, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $249 to fund Ahaisibwe’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
Ahaisibwe’s mother says, “My son’s health has been disturbed with this condition. We are unable to pay for his treatment, so we need help.’’
