Caroline is a 36-year-old mother from Uganda and the lastborn in a family of four children. She has three daughters, all of whom are currently in school, which she raises with her husband. They rely on small-scale farming for home consumption, selling any surplus to meet household needs. During her free time, she enjoys singing.
Caroline is currently expecting her fourth child. Her doctors recommend that she deliver via caesarean section due to a high-risk pregnancy. This way, doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Fortunately, on August 5th, Caroline will undergo a C-section with the help of our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare. She is raising $252 to fund the surgery, which will ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Caroline says, βI donβt see any way to get the money needed for my surgery, but I have hopes that with your support, my surgery will be successful.β
