Kadoma is a 71-year-old father of seven. Six of his children are in secondary school, and one has completed school. Kadoma’s wife passed away in 2009. Since then, he has worked hard to raise their children.
In 2004, Kadoma underwent a hernia repair surgery in a government hospital. In 2014, he developed another hernia. He was in significant pain, but he never visited a hospital because he could not afford another surgery. It became difficult for him to work on his banana plantation,
Without treatment, Kadoma risked intestinal damage. He finally visited our medical partner’s care center after learning about Watsi. On November 23, he underwent a hernia repair surgery.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $249 to fund this procedure. After recovery, Kadoma hopes to continue working on his banana plantation.
