A chalazion is an inflamed cyst in a patient's tear gland. It is difficult for him to see clearly and work. Bora traveled for three hours to seek treatment from our medical partner, Children's Surgical Centre. On June 4th, surgeons will remove the cyst through a chalazion excision procedure. After recovery, Bora's symptoms should improve. Bora can contribute $25, but needs help raising an additional $238 to fund his procedure. Thea is a 49-year-old food seller from Cambodia. He lives in Prey Veaeng Province with his wife, who is also a food seller. They have two children; their eldest works in a footwear factory, and their youngest is in the fourth grade. In his free time, he enjoys chatting with friends in his village. One week ago, Thea sustained a fracture on his left ankle after hitting a stone while riding a motorcycle. The injury caused severe pain, swelling, and an inability to bear weight on the affected leg. Since then, he has experienced significant difficulty walking and relies on crutches for mobility. The pain and stiffness in his left ankle have limited his ability to work and carry out daily activities independently. Fortunately, surgeons at our medical partner, Children's Surgical Centre, can help. On June 11th, Thea will undergo a fracture repair procedure, which will stabilize the fracture and allow the ankle to heal properly. It is expected to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help him walk more easily and return to his daily activities. In February 2026, Keo was involved in a road traffic accident when another vehicle struck his right leg, causing fractures of his right femur and tibia. His right tibia has not healed properly and remains infected and unstable. His leg is deformed with an infected wound and drainage, making it difficult for him to walk without support. On September 7th, Keo will undergo a fracture repair procedure, which will help treat the infection and stabilize his right tibia, giving the fracture a better chance to heal and helping him regain the ability to walk. He can contribute $50, but needs help raising $550 more to fund his procedure and care. Keo said, “I hope the surgery will clear the infection and make my leg stable again. I look forward to healing well and eventually being able to walk independently and return to my normal daily activities.”
