Wilson is a 16-year-old high school student from Uganda. He is the youngest in his family, with three older sisters who are also in school. Wilson’s favorite subject is mathematics, and he plans on becoming an engineer in the future.
For the last two years, Wilson has experienced a hydrocele, which is a condition that causes swelling in a sensitive area. He is in pain and discomfort, which makes it challenging for him to do daily activities. Wilson’s family visited our medical partner’s care center for assistance. On May 26th, Wilson will undergo hydrocele repair surgery that will allow him to live more comfortably and confidently. Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $146 to fund this procedure.
Wilson’s mother said, “I hope my son will get well and be pain-free once operated on.”
