Zoreka is a farmer from Uganda. He is married and a father of four: three girls and one boy. Zoreka and his wife are farmers. They produce food for both home consumption and for sale.
For four years, Zoreka has had a reducible left inguinal scrotal hernia. The hernia causes him a lot of pain and discomfort. Fortunately, on February 14, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $249 to fund Zoreka’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
He says, “After surgery I will resume farming.”
