Agnes is a 33-year-old woman from Uganda, the seventh child in a family of nine. Agnes stopped attending school after completing Primary Seven due to a lack of financial resources. After school, she remained at home, practicing small-scale farming. She is now married to her husband, who is also a small-scale farmer. Additionally, Agnes is responsible for running her family’s household. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Agnes is currently expecting a new baby. Her doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section due to a high-risk pregnancy. This way, doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Agnes undergo a C-Section on September 27th. This procedure will cost $207, and Agnes needs your support.
Agnes says, “I thank God that I have arrived at Ibanda hospital safely, and I kindly request for support in the hospital bills, which I cannot afford. After recovering from the operation, I will continue practicing farming to support my family.’’
