Allen is a 36-year-old woman from Uganda. She is a hardworking midwife, who carries a particularly heavy responsibility at home because her father is seriously ill, and she is primarily responsible for his care. She earns a modest salary, which is majorly spent meeting her father’s medical expenses and other essential needs. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
She is currently expecting her third baby. Her doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section because of a high-risk pregancy. This way, doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Allen undergo a C-Section on September 22nd. This procedure will cost $207, and Allen needs your support.
Allen says; “I am grateful to God for His protection and love towards my life. I am hopeful that I will receive support, as I am unable to afford the funds needed for my surgery. I will keep doing my job as a midwife, so I can continue earning an income to take care of my family.’’
