Asiimwe is a married mother to two children, both delivered by cesarean section in 2014 and 2016 respectively. They are in school with the youngest one is in pre-school. She is expected to deliver her current pregnancy by cesarean section for a better delivery outcome.
Her doctor indicated that she had two previous cesarean surgeries in 2014 due to an umbilical cord prolapse and the second one in 2016 due to scar tenderness. The doctor emphasized Asiimwe should deliver by cesarean section due to two previous scars for a better delivery outcome.
Fortunately, our medical partner can help. Asiimwe will undergo a cesarean surgery with the help of African Mission Healthcare. Now, they are requesting $252 to fund the cost of this surgery.
Asiimwe says, “I hope that once am supported, my surgery will go well and I will be relieved from all my worry. I expect a healthy baby and am looking forward to getting a new job of teaching after the COVID-19 lockdown.”
