Immaculate is a 28-year-old woman from Uganda. She has two children who are in nursery school. Her husband works at a local bakery, where he transports mandazi and doughnuts to customers. Immaculate works in a hotel and engages in small-scale farming to support the family.
Immaculate is pregnant, and her doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section because of a high-risk pregnancy. This way, doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Immaculate undergo a C-Section on October 1st. This procedure will cost $214, and Immaculate needs your support.
Immaculate says, “I was worried when the doctors told me that I needed another operation because my family cannot afford the hospital costs. I have two young children who still depend on me, and I want to be able to deliver safely and return home to care for them. I humbly appeal to the donors to help me receive the treatment I need. Your support will mean a lot to me and my family. May God bless you.”
