Meet little Oliver! This one-year-old boy sleeps most of the time because he is extremely malnourished. Wuqu’ Kawoq, our medical partner in Guatemala, writes, “This child is frightening malnourished, very underweight, very underheight, and chronically ill. He looks on the verge of death.”
Oliver’s family, despite their best efforts, has been unable to afford the food necessary to properly feed him in his critical early stages of growth. Without treatment, Oliver’s condition will worsen. He needs intensive nutritional therapy to resume normal growth and development.
For $525, Oliver can receive the necessary nutritional therapy to not only resume healthy growth, but save his life. Let’s rally to get Oliver back on a healthy track!
