Mary is a 35-year-old woman from Uganda. She has dedicated her life to evangelization training. She lives in a single-room brick house provided by the community in her village.
For over 15 years, Mary has had an inguinal hernia. She has been experiencing abdominal pain, which interferes with her ability to perform her daily tasks. The worsening condition has also prevented her from actively participating in evangelization conferences, which are central to her calling and mission.
Fortunately, on December 9th, Mary will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center, Rushoroza Hospital. Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is requesting $170 to fund Mary’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow her to live more comfortably and confidently.
Mary says, “My health has been negatively affected by my current health condition. I pray that I may get well through surgery so that I may live a better and more productive life once again.”
