“We want Roberto to grow up to be a man who is professional, humble, and has a good job,” say Roberto’s parents.
Meet Roberto, a two-year-old boy from Guatemala who is malnourished. “Roberto hasn’t gained any height in six months and he was suffering from frequent diarrhea and poor appetite. The staff were very concerned by his growth curve,” relays our medical partner, Wuqu’ Kawoq (WK).
Roberto is the sixth and youngest child in his family. “Roberto’s mother works at home and his father works as a construction worker. Roberto likes to play with his toy cars and a big red ball that he carries around everywhere,” continues WK.
