Rathana is a five-year-old girl from Cambodia who has one brother. Rathana enjoys reading books and watching TV at home. She traveled four hours with her mom to reach our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC).
Rathana’s left hand was burned when she was one, and the skin on her fingers has contracted and scarred. She can’t move her fingers or use her hand.
