Mellon is a 23-year-old mother of two girls from Uganda. She runs a small shop in the village, while her husband works as a solar technician. Combined, they earn a modest income, which they use to support their family.
Mellon is currently expecting her third baby. Her doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section due to a high-risk pregnancy. This way, doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Mellon undergo a C-Section on September 9th. This procedure will cost $241, and Mellon needs your support.
Mellon says, “I pray that all goes well as the doctors plan, and soon I will be well and return to my shop working for my family.”
