Sonia is 30 years old and a small-scale farmer from Uganda. Her husband also runs a small-scale retail business in their village, selling agricultural produce.
Sonia is pregnant, and her doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section because of a high-risk pregnancy. This way, doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Sonia undergo a C-Section on June 2nd. This procedure will cost $214, and Sonia needs your support.
Sonia says, “I pray to God that I may be considered to be helped, as I have no means of helping myself financially. I pray that the good Lord may guide me and use the doctors well so that I may have a successful surgery.”
