Piyele is a 69-year-old man from Malawi. He has three children and seven grandchildren.
Piyele has always been an active man, sweeping around the house and collecting firewood. He also loved to spend time with his family.
However, he recently began to experience uncomfortable urinary symptoms that have prevented him from working.
Piyele visited our medical partner’s hospital, Nkhoma Hospital. He was diagnosed with a prostate condition and underwent surgery on November 3. His family needs help to fund this $726 procedure. After recovery, Piyele and his family hope that he can resume his normal life.

Piyele successfully received prostate surgery.
Piyele’s surgery was a success! He is feeling much better and eager to return to his family and normal life. With some time, he is expected to be fully pain free and live many happy and healthy days to come.
