Justine is a young mother of one from Uganda. She enjoys spending time with her family. Justine and her husband are small-scale farmers with a limited income. They live in a rented three-room house and do not own land or a home of their own. Their daily earnings are barely enough to meet basic needs, making it impossible for them to afford the required medical care Justine needs.
Justine is currently expecting a new baby. Her doctors recommend that she deliver via a caesarean section so doctors can ensure the safety of both mother and child.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is helping Justine undergo a C-Section on February 10th. They are requesting $207 to cover the cost of this procedure, and Justine would really appreciate your support.
Justine says, “I am deeply grateful to God for His protection. However, I am unable to meet the cost of my operation and therefore humbly appeal for support. After I recover from the surgery, I plan to continue farming and to start rearing chickens so that I can improve the well-being of my family.”
