Seydou is a 17-year-old student from Mali, and the first born child in his family. In his free time, he enjoys reading and playing sports.
About a few days ago, Seydou began experiencing troubling symptoms, including right-sided abdominal pain accompanied by nausea, loss of appetite, and occasional fever. Following an examination that included an ultrasound at Centre de Santé de Référence (CSREF) Commune 6, he was diagnosed with acute appendicitis. He requires surgery to prevent his condition from worsening.
Our medical partner, Muso, is helping Seydou receive treatment. On October 10th, he is scheduled to undergo an appendectomy, a surgery to remove the appendix when it becomes infected. This procedure will cost $413, and Seydou and his family need your support.
Seydou says: “I will be grateful to the donors for the successful outcome of this treatment.”
