Noemi is a 33-year-old Kaqchikel speaking woman from Guatemala who has a large and painful breast mass that she’s worried might be cancer. She is the main provider for her family, so in addition to the hinderance of the pain, she’s concerned about the risk of breast cancer and eager to have the mass removed.
Removing the mass will cost $525. Our medical partner in Guatemala writes, “Noemi works hard, but she is worried for her health and also worried what the impact of her illness would be on her family. She makes just enough money to scrape by, and this medical procedure is financially out of her reach.”
Let’s fund Noemi’s surgery so she can continue supporting her family!
