Sakakda is a four-year-old boy who loves to play with toys and drink soy milk. He was born with a rare type of birthmark that needs to be removed to prevent progression into cancer.
His parents work as farmers, and did not seek treatment earlier because of their meager income. They’re excited that Sakakda will be able to get the care he needs thanks to Watsi’s partnership with CSC, our hospital partner in Cambodia.
For $225, Sakakda’s birthmark will be removed, preventing more serious developments. He will be able to finish his year in kindergarten happy and healthy. Let’s make it happen for him!
