Net is a tenth grade student from Cambodia. She has two sisters and a brother. She likes to read and wants to be a teacher when she grows up.
Net has strabismus in her right eye. Strabismus is a misalignment of the eye caused by injury or dysfunction in the associated nerves and muscles. It is difficult for her to see clearly and study.
Net traveled to our medical partner’s care center to receive treatment. On September 11, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC), will perform a corrective procedure to align his eyes. Now, Net needs help to raise $292 to fund this procedure.
Her father says, “I hope my daughter can see better after the operation.”
