This is Kim. He’s 51-years old and lives in Cambodia with his wife, two sons, one daughter, and grandchildren.
“Kim was a worker at a local factory seven months ago when he had an accident with an industrial machine that crushed his arm,” Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC) tells us. “The break still moves around in his arm, causing extreme pain. He can no longer work, and it is difficult to spend time with his children and grandchildren.”
“Kim has been a boxing enthusiast since he was a young boy, and he loves watching bouts on TV as well as at local clubs,” the CSC team continues. “He would occasionally work a punching bag as a form of exercise, but cannot due to his arm.”
$405 will cover the cost of care for Kim’s elbow fracture and will help him get back to work and boxing. It might free up some of his wife’s time, too - she’s been diligently taking extra good care of him since the accident. Let’s fund Kim’s care and get him back to being in control of how he spends his time.
