Maureen is the youngest of three siblings. She lives with her family in Tanzania, an east African country known for Mount Kilimanjaro and its rich cultural history.
Maureen was born with club foot. She cannot stand on her own, and will not be able to walk or run without surgery to treat her condition. Maureen’s parents want nothing more than for their daughter to grow up healthy, but they cannot afford the medical care she needs.
Africa Mission Healthcare Foundation is requesting $500 for Maureen’s surgery. Donations will cover the cost of her tendon lengthening procedure and casting. With our support, Maureen can grow up to live the active and independent live her parents dream of for her!
