Mussah is a vibrant and funny 49-year-old farmer from a village in Malawi. He lives with his wife, and together they have five children and six grandchildren. In his free time, Mussah likes to talk with his village friends and play with his grandchildren.
For the past three years, however, Mussah has been experiencing urinary dysfunction. He has been in pain and has had difficulty farming and taking care of his family. He visited our medical partner’s hospital, Nkhoma Hospital. On December 22, he underwent a prostate surgery to treat his symptoms.
Our medical partner, World Altering Medicine, is requesting $726 to fund this procedure. After recovery, Mussah will return to his family and farm, and he will live a life free from pain.
“I am so happy to be welcomed the way I have been at Nkhoma,” says Mussah, “and thank you for this gift.”
