Himal is a fun-loving twelve-year-old. He adores science, wants to be a doctor when he grows up, and lives with his family in Nepal. A couple of days ago, when climbing a tree, Himal lost his footing and fell to the ground. He broke a hand and a leg, which led to severe pain and swelling.
Himal's family owns a small piece of land, but it doesn't yield enough crop to provide a meaningful income. They can't afford to pay for Himal's medical treatment. If he ignores his injuries, however, he could be disabled for life.
Let's get Himal in front of a surgeon by raising $1,240. We'll not only relieve him of his pain, but we'll help a little boy get back on his feet and give him a better chance to realize his dreams.
