They are extremely concerned about Medgina, who was born with a congenital heart condition. There are several holes in Medgina's heart that impede her ability to properly pump blood through her body. This limits her circulation and prevents her from receiving adequate oxygen. Without treatment, this condition can become fatal. By raising $1500, we can fund surgery to repair the holes in Medgina’s heart. With this procedure, Medgina will be able to lead a normal life with no need for further surgical treatment. Unfortunately, that's exactly the situation Htoo's family finds itself in. Htoo has a bladder stone. He's in constant pain, and recently had to skip school because it's so severe.
