Daw Su is a 50-year-old teacher form Burma. For three years, Daw Su has struggled with abdominal pain and bleeding caused by a uterine mass. Daw Su's condition is extremely treatable with surgery. But Daw Su’s husband recently contracted malaria, and was forced to give up his job, leaving the family in a financially strained position.
