Menghorng is an adorable four-year-old girl who loves playing with toys and hanging out with her sisters. About a year ago, she burned her hand in a cooking fire. Despite treatment at a local clinic in her hometown, her fingers are still fused together and she has limited movement from the contractures caused by the scar tissue.
The surgeons at Children’s Surgical Centre would like to perform contracture release surgery with skin grafting to help restore function to Menghorng’s hand. The treatment costs only $300.
Menghorng and her family are willing to travel the 12 hours from their remote hometown to the center, let’s do our part to make their trip worth it!
