Oumar is a 23-year-old man from Mali, and he works as a storekeeper to make a living and support himself.
Oumar recently sustained an injury on his arm. He was assessed at our medical partner's care center, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Kati, and was diagnosed with an arm fracture. Oumar is currently is pain, and needs surgery repair to facilitate its healing and get back to his day-to-day life.
Our medical partner, Muso, is helping Oumar receive treatment. On April 25th, he will undergo a fracture repair procedure to treat his condition, relieve him from pain, and restore function to his arm. Now, Oumar needs help to fund this $897 procedure.
He says: "I wish to have my arm repaired. However, my parents and I are unable to afford the cost of surgery."
