Jonathan is a father of 5 children, with two sons and three daughters. His children are all in school and he hopes to educate them to the highest level he can. His motivation is based on his missing out on education. Jonathan and his wife are both farmers and during his free time, he enjoys watching soccer.
For 9 months, Jonathan has had inguinal hernia. He complains of pain around the inguinal area especially when he strains. He is not able to lift heavy loads yet his work demands so. Jonathan requires surgery but is not able to raise the funds needed. He appeals for help. Fortunately, on December 6th, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is requesting $230 to fund Jonathan’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably and confidently.
Jonathan says, “I hope to get well once am given a chance to undergo the surgery and I expect to live well again and continue farming.”
