Run is a police officer from Cambodia. He has a daughter. He likes to watch boxing on TV and listen to classical music. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
In November 2017, Run was in a motorcycle accident that caused a fracture of his clavicle. It is difficult to move his arm and hand, and he has difficulty holding things.
Fortunately, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, can help. On March 5, Run will undergo a fracture repair procedure, which will cost $430. This procedure will help him move his arm freely again and without pain.
His daughter says, “I hope after the operation my dad can do things independently again.”

Run underwent fracture repair surgery.
Run’s surgery went well and he’s been working with the physiotherapy team to improve the mobility and function in his clavicle. Surgery will allow Run to greatly improve his quality of life and allow him to move without pain.
His daughter said, “I am really happy to see my father can move well again and is not in pain.”
