Vandin is a five-year-old student from Cambodia. He has three sisters and one brother. He loves to paint and play games on his phone.
Two months ago, he developed a painful mass on his right forearm. He experiences pain, and it is difficult for him to hold things.
Vandin traveled to our medical partner’s care center to receive treatment. On February 12, surgeons at our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC), will remove the mass. Now, Vandin needs help to raise $220 to fund this procedure.
He says, “I am looking forward to going home and playing with my friends and siblings.”

Vandin underwent a mass removal procedure.
Vandin’s surgery went well and he’s been working with the physiotherapy team to improve the mobility in his arm. Surgery will allow Vandin move and use his arm without pain.
His mother says, “I am happy to see my son is healing from the mass on his right hand and has no pain. I really enjoy the good results.”
