Nhor is a farmer from Cambodia. He has two daughters, five sons, and eight grandchildren. He has been married for thirty three years. He enjoys tending to his mango trees.
While Nhor was clearing his farmland in February, a mine exploded on him, causing degloving injuries of both hands, chest, and both legs. His leg wound is not healing and he is in constant pain. He needs a skin graft procedure to treat his leg wounds.
When Nhor learned about our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre, he traveled for eight hours seeking treatment. On March 26, surgeons at CSC will perform a skin graft procedure to to help him walk easily again and heal the wound. Now, Nhor needs help to fund this $440 procedure.
He says, “I am looking forward to going home and spending time with my family.”
