Loyda is a 58-year-old farmer from Uganda. Loyda is married and blessed with five children. Farming is her primary source of income and her husband’s as well.
Loyda developed swelling in her upper left thigh a few months ago and the swelling and pain have been increasing progressively. She was referred to Rushoroza Hospital for treatment. The doctors found a mass on her thigh which should be removed through surgery.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare, is requesting $145 to cover the cost of Loyda’s thigh surgery, scheduled for March 23rd.
Loyda says, “I hope I will have a successful surgery with a positive outcome. After complete recovery, I will continue with farming. May God reward you.”
