“I hope my daughter will have a successful surgery so she can see, and I won’t have to worry about her becoming blind,” shares the mother of Vantha, a three-year-old girl living in Cambodia.
Vantha was born with glaucoma in her left eye. According to our medical partner, Children’s Surgical Centre (CSC), this condition makes it hard for Vantha to see clearly and causes her “blurred vision, burning, tearing, and pressure in her eye.”
