Abigail is a little girl growing up with a physical deformity that is preventing her from living the happy, active life she deserves. She was born with bowed legs, a congenital condition that causes her legs to turn outward. Despite her energy, because of her condition Abigail has difficulty with everyday tasks.
Abigail comes from a loving family. They want her to get the treatment she needs, but they come from an area of Malawi where 74% of the population lives on less than $1.25 a day. Paying for Abigail’s treatment out-of-pocket is out of the question.
We hope to raise $1,000 to help CURE cover the cost of Abigail’s care. With treatment, Abigail’s doctors believe she’ll one day be able to walk, run and live a normal, active life.
