Tamale is a 10-year old boy from Uganda. He is the first born from his family. He is in third grade.
Tamale has an epigastric hernia. This condition has affected his studies, and his movements are painful. Fortunately, on December 12, he will undergo hernia repair surgery at our medical partner’s care center.
Our medical partner, African Mission Healthcare Foundation, is requesting $219 to fund Tamale’s surgery. Once completed, this procedure will hopefully allow him to live more comfortably.
Tamale’s grandmother says, “I hope to continue with farming to support their future through education and himself will get peace of mind to study well.”
