Nelson is a 58-year-old small-scale farmer from Uganda. He is married with five children. Three of his children are married, and they all practice small-scale farming. Nelson’s family is requesting support for his surgery and treatment needs.
For the past two years, Nelson has had a right inguinal hernia. He is in constant pain and unable to move or work easily. Nelson needs to undergo surgery in order to heal and prevent any future complications to his health. Fortunately, our medical partner, African Misson Healthcare (AMH), can help. On April 11th, Nelson will undergo hernia repair surgery at AMH’s care center, which will allow him to live more comfortably and confidently upon recovery. AMH is requesting $230 to fund Nelson’s surgery.
Nelson said: “My life is so terrifying as I have no money yet am in such a condition that requires much money. I kindly ask donors to support my surgery to enable me to resume my work to support my family.”
